The EasyBender X2 uses a patented bending mechanism with retractable bending fingers. This unique design provides flexibility not available on other equipment. Its bending mechanism has been perfected by years of experience. It bends complex graphics, sharp angles of over 120 degrees and closed shapes that can't be produced by other systems. This system produces rule with superior flatness and radius accuracy.
The bending finger on the left side of the nozzle is retracted, and the bending finger on the right side has just finished bending an arc. EasyBender X2 can bend a u-shaped piece like the one above in two points that is just 1/4" wide. This makes EasyBender X2 ideal for hanger holes. The optional EasyBender X2 nicking system adds a powerful feature for those customers who need inline nicking. The X2 can actually produce nicks in two different ways; with a grinding wheel, or with a punch.
